I Sent My Swing Videos to Tom and Haven't Received My Lesson Yet. Where Is My Lesson?

There are a few reasons why you might not have received your online swing analysis lesson from Tom:


Time - On average, it takes Tom 2-3 business days to complete your lesson. This does not include weekends. If you submit your lesson on a Friday, Tom will complete your lesson by Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week.


Tom isn't a robot AND this isn't your standard swing analysis lesson! He personally creates and films each online lesson for his students. This takes time!


In order to provide the best lesson experience for you, Tom needs time to evaluate and study your swing. After evaluating your swing, he creates a 10 - 30 minute personalized video complete with analysis and drills (depending on the lesson plan you purchased). This ensures he provides you with precise fixes to improve your game.


Sending Error - It's possible your videos didn't make it to Tom's inbox. When you purchase an online lesson make sure you follow these steps to ensure it gets delivered.


Receiving Error - No online process is bulletproof. Sometimes Tom experiences technical difficulties that can prevent him from seeing your videos. If you haven't heard from Tom after 2-3 business days, contact SagutoGolf support to get assistance - email [email protected].
