Still have video issues after downloading the app? There are two things we suggest to test this out further:
Cache and Data - Apps might have accumulated too much cache or corrupted data. You can try to clear the cache and data for the apps experiencing issues like this by going to your device's Settings > Apps > Circle > Storage > Clear Cache and Clear Data.
Software or OS Issues - The device's operating system might be outdated. Can you confirm your Samsung S23 is using the latest Android and Samsung One UI 6.1.1 or 6.1.0? You can check for system updates on your device by going to the Settings > Software Update section and ensure the device is running the latest version.
The most reliable fix
Another reliable solution is to play videos on desktop (PC/Mac) using Google Chrome browser. If you don’t have Google Chrome, you can download it here.
